This cozy two bedroom apartment is in a five-unit building at the top of the Carisbrook Steps on Main Road and has the most amazing views.
Built around the 1930s and beautifully renovated with polished wooden floors and big open spaces. An open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with high ceilings enhancing the feeling of open spaces.
The spacious main bedroom with queen size bed has views over the bay. The second bedroom has a double bed. The shared bathroom has been renovated and has a new shower.
The open plan living area has sea views and leads onto a balcony with comfortable chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a chilled glass of wine after a day on the beach. The kitchen has a door leading to the back area bordering the mountain side.
St James Mansion is less than 500 metres from St James beach, 1km from Muizenberg and 2kms from Kalk Bay. Access to the StJames/Muizenberg walkway is across the road from the Carisbrook Steps.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point. A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
