Seagulls Place Holiday Home is situated in the awesome West Coast. Grotto Bay is a coastal area just west of Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. The area is well known for its flower season thats from August to September.
Grotto Bays climate and numerous beaches is a popular tourist destination, particularly with surfers, tourists enjoying nature and flowers and the annual flower tours that attract many to the west coast.
Seagulls Place is setup up for business, travellers or family vacations and comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Three out of the four bedrooms feature double beds while the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. Each bedroom also has views of either the garden or sea.
The bedrooms are spacious and boast with ample storage space for clothes and belongings. Guests dont need to worry about space and luxury there is more than enough room for everyone. Both bathrooms feature a bathtub as well as a shower.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all guests needs. The kitchen boast a big gas stove that is very useful, a refrigerator, microwave and everything else that guests need to cook with. Sit and relax during day or night time in the lounge area. It includes a extra big screen TV with DSTV. There is more than enough space for everybody to sit and enjoy a lot of entertainment.
There is a loft upstairs that boasts sea and garden views. Guests are welcome to relax here and enjoy the peace and quiet. The outside area includes BBQ facilities as well as a dining table.
Small dogs are allowed but are not allowed to roam around the vicinity on their own, as the holiday home is situated inside a private nature reserve with a lot of bird and animal life. So dogs must always be on a leash when walking outside the holiday home in the area.
