- Management and staff or any other person associated to the guesthouse will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness incurred or suffered by any guests or any other person whilst on the premises or property.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policy automatically applies with each booking made.
- More 4 months prior to Check In - guest forfeits 10% of the total amount.
- Between 3 to 4 months prior to Check In - guest forfeits 25% of the total amount.
- Between 2 to 3 months prior to Check In - guest forfeits 50% of the total amount.
- Between 1 to 2 months prior to Check In - guest forfeits 75% of the total amount.
- Less than 1 month prior to Check In - guest forfeit 100% of the total amount.
- In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
