- 50% deposit due on time of booking, outstanding balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Refunds of deposits are at the discretion of management and are generally non-refundable (R150 administration charge applies).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policy automatically applies with each booking made.
- More 4 months prior to Check In - guest forfeits 10% of the total amount.
- Between 3 to 4 months prior to Check In - guest forfeits 25% of the total amount.
- Between 2 to 3 months prior to Check In - guest forfeits 50% of the total amount.
- Between 1 to 2 months prior to Check In - guest forfeits 75% of the total amount.
- Less than 1 month prior to Check In - guest forfeit 100% of the total amount.
- In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
