The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove and portable oven, a microwave and fridge/freezer as well as a kitchen breakfast counter with enough space to seat 4. An iron and ironing board is supplied and a shared washing machine is available for use.

The Studio apartment is cosy and overlooks the koi pond.
Consisting of an open plan kitchen/living/sleeping area which is air-conditioned (hot and cold), the unit boast a king size bed with an electric blanket, a TV with DSTV, DVD player and CD player. All linen is supplied. An ADSL (broadband) connection is also available.

The View Cottage

The View Cottage is stunning and boasts a private patio with entertainment lapa, bar and barbecue facilities and leads onto the main swimming pool area and outdoor jacuzzi. The unit sleeps 2 with 1 additional adult or two children over the age of 10 on a queen size extra length sleeper couch in the lounge - at an additional charge.
The large living area is fitted with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV with DSTV, DVD player and CD player as well as a queen size extra length sleeping couch.
The bar is just before one enters the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a portable stove with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. An iron and ironing board is supplied.
The spacious bedroom air conditioned (hot and cold) and features a queen size extra length bed, flat screen TV, CD player and video player. The Vista is apartment has a magnificent view to False Bay. Ideal for a couple or can be rented with the Main House for extra guests with a connecting door from the living room of that suite, but totally private for 2 if rented separately.

The Penthouse apartment is 55 Sq/m inside with 17 Sq/m wooden deck outside, with a BBQ and amazing views of the whole of the Constantia Valley, looking over the sea to Gordons Bay and has a magnificent view to False Bay. Ideal for a couple (plus 1 child over the age of 10).
The spacious kitchen/living/sleeping area is air conditioned and also has a ceiling fan and features a king size bed and fold out bed for one child over the age of 10, a flat screen TV with DSTV, DVD player, CD player and Sony Playstation. The bathroom is en suite and contains a shower. Linen, bath and swimming towels as well as a hairdryer is supplied. A gas fireplace can be found in the bedroom area.

- 50% deposit required by credit card to confirm reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
