The Studio apartment is cosy and overlooks the koi pond.
Consisting of an open plan kitchen/living/sleeping area which is air-conditioned (hot and cold), the unit boast a king size bed with an electric blanket, a TV with DSTV, DVD player and CD player. All linen is supplied. An ADSL (broadband) connection is also available.
The bathroom is en suite and contains a shower. An "Out of Africa" semi enclosed large bath is found outside. Bath and swimming towels as well as a hairdryer is supplied.
The kitchen is well equipped with a stove/oven, bar fridge, and microwave. An iron and ironing board is supplied and a shared washing machine is available for use.
Ideal for a couple or single person.
Please note that due to the layout of the property, with two swimming pools, koi ponds and a jacuzzi, and to ensure your peace, comfort and security, no children under the age of 10 years are allowed at Constantia Vista.

- The Vista Apartment can be rented with The Main House for 2 additional guests. Rates subject to change without notice
- 50% deposit required by credit card to confirm reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
