Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation within 28 calendar days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge of 25%, inclusive of the administration fee of the Total Reservation Value.
- Cancellations within 10 calendar days: 50%.
- Cancellations within 5 calendar days: 75%.
- Cancellations within 48 hours: 100% of the total reservation value.
- Cancellation charges will only be applied if the establishment is unable to re let the room(s).
- Where a company/individual makes a reservation on behalf of someone else, the company/individual shall be liable for any cancellation fee.
- Cancellation of a reservation at any time prior to the arrival date will incur an administration fee of 10% of the Total Reservation Value.
