The other 2 double bedrooms share a family bathroom so better suited for kids. Every room has lovely views of either the ocean or the mountain.
The downstairs area features a large kitchen area with open plan dining area that is fantastic for entertaining. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable and flows directly onto a quaint balcony with outdoor dining furniture that boasts lovely views. The TV room, which is equipped with sounds system, is great for lounging and for watching TV whilst taking some time out. Also doubles up fantastically as a kids play room.
The garden features a large, fenced in swimming pool with jungle gym for kids plus a barbeque area as well as another outdoor eating area. The house is fully secured and alarmed and is serviced daily.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- The pre-paid booking deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
- In the event of cancellation of a fully paid booking (100% of stay) , there is a cancellation charge corresponding to the number of days it was made prior to the day of arrival: 30-89 days before: 50% of the total amount.
- Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount. In the event that the guest changes the dates or apartment, it will be considered a new booking and will be subject to the standard cancellation procedures.
- It is strongly recommended that clients purchase holiday cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policy.
