Sedgefield Villa is a double-storey free-standing house situated in a large walled garden with a fenced swimming pool and built-in braai.

On the ground level, there is an open-plan lounge with a double sleeper couch, a dining room, a bar and a granite-topped kitchen with a free-standing stove. The living area leads out through 2 doors to the entertainment and swimming pool area. There is a bathroom on this level with a loo, basin and shower.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king-size bed and leads out to a small deck. The second bedroom contains a double bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These rooms also lead out to the small deck with an external staircase to the garden and pool area. There is a bathroom on this level with a loo, basin and bath.

Bath and pool towels are provided. DSTV premium is offered for guest use and there is an air-conditioner downstairs in the living area, and upstairs in the main bedroom.
