Beautifully located in the Oudtshoorn suburb of the Klein Karoo, Jemima’s has convinced locals and tourists that this area is about much more than amazing wildlife facilities, fresh country air and the Cango Caves – bring the meaning of ‘good food’ to light. Inside, the soft lighting and classic decor set a tranquil and delightful ambiance, while on warmer evenings many diners enjoy their time outside by the fountain. With its lovingly restored interior and original masonry and patios, hardwood antiques and lovingly selection furniture add further appeal and enchant visitors. Jemima Restaurant showcases a fabulous menu that makes use of mostly locally sourced ingredients. Some of the lunch menu items include West Coast Mussels, Beef Stroganoff and a Fried Camembert and Ostrich Duo, while dinners include sensation dishes like Ostrich or Venison fillet, Confit of Duck and a Roast Butternut and Capsium Cheesecake.
