This three bedroom, two bathroom apartment offers the size and privacy of a house with all the advantages of lock-up-and-go apartment accommodation.

The designer ultra-modern and spacious apartments with its interior is a picture of laid-back luxury, where classic architecture meets seamlessly with contemporary glamour. The air-conditioned apartment has a typical open plan kitchen/ dining/ living area, complete with all the necessary amenities, including but not limited to a Nespresso coffee machine, Marshall speaker, flat screen TV and sound bar, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

At the backside of the cottage, you will find the second bedroom with Queens Extra Length bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. This bedroom features an open design clothing rack and mirror. In the room you will find art inspired on old Dutch paintings with a very modern twist to it. 

At the central part of the cottage, you will find the open plan living room and kitchen. The lounge area features a 4-seater sofa, 2 comfortable chairs and a smart tv connected to the highspeed fibre network. In the kitchen part you will find a marble round table with 4 chairs. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with fridge, oven, hob, microwave, crockery and cooking utensils. From the lounge area you have access to the patio via 3 glass swing doors. On the patio you will find a wooden table with 4 chairs and cushions, a sunbed and plants. On the patio you can also enjoy an outside shower in the sun. On the lower level, the fully equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals, including an espresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and other appliances.
