Relax on the private deck under the mountain crag, whilst soaking in the afternoon sun reading a book, listening to the sound of the Cape Francolin and the trickling of the water fountain, or sit beneath the stars on a midnight eve and see if one can identify the Southern Cross.

- A 50% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of a booking to secure a reservation.
- All bookings will be confirmed by e-mail after receipt of the deposit.
- Late arrivals after 18h00 must be pre-arranged at least 24 hours in advance, as 18h00 is when the reception closes.

- Not pet friendly.
- The managing agent is not responsible for loss or damage to property of, or injury to any guest, member of their family, visitor or any person whatsoever on the premises, arising from fire, theft or otherwise whatsoever cause, or arising from negligence or wrongful act of the owners or any staff in the employ of the establishment.
- The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit, or credit card details.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings cancelled 30 to 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total value of the booking.
- Bookings cancelled 14 to 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 75% of the total value of the booking.
- Bookings cancelled 0 to 7 days prior to arrival / no-shows / premature departures / will be charged 100% of the total value of the booking.
- Management will levy a 10% handling fee on any refunded amount.
- To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract.
- It is expected that guests take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any circumstances that will prevent them from fulfilling their obligations.
