Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation less than 21 days, forfeit 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellation from 20 to 30 days, forfeit 75% of the total amount.
- Cancellation from 31 to 51 days, forfeit to 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellation from 52 to 60 days, forfeit 25% of the total amount.
- Cancellations made over 60 days of date of arrival will receive a 95% refund of all funds paid to date.
- For non arrival or the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
- Over Christmas and New Year and from 14th of December till 15th of January bookings the total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non refundable.
- Th guest is responsible for all bank fees that will be claimed for any transfer.
