Important Information
- Please notify the resort in advance if guests participate arriving after the stipulated check in time.
- A refundable breakage deposit is payable in cash on arrival and refunded prior to departure, office hours, alternatively deposited into bank account.
- Maximum occupancy limits must be adhered to at all times and includes children of all ages.
- Prior arrangements can be made should guests wish for an additional person to be accommodated. Charges will apply.
- Sleeper couches are recommended for children 12 years and younger only.
- Guests may change or cancel the reservation by notifying the resort at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- Guests deposit is however not refundable but transferable and guests may request another booking for a different date.
Cancellation Policy
- The guest will forfeit his deposit if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival.
- Should a guest cancel his booking 15 days and more prior to arrival he will forfeit 10 % of his deposit.
