The Deluxe Suites 3 and 5 at Nova Constantia face north and southeast, with the Deluxe Suite 3 overlooking the pool area with a view of Constantia Nek pass and the Table Mountain Range. The Deluxe Suite 3 has a total floor area in excess of 40 square metres while the Deluxe Suite 5's floor area is almost 50 square metres.The main bedroom areas of both Deluxe Suites contain king-size, extra-length beds as well as sitting areas, each featuring a table and two chairs. The Deluxe Suite 5's bedroom area additionally has two separate dressing cupboards and a refreshment area (equipped with fridge and full set of crockery and cutlery). In the case of the Deluxe Suite 3, the bedroom area is complemented by a kitchenette area (equipped with fridge and full set of crockery and cutlery as well).
Both Deluxe Suites have large bathrooms with double vanity units as well as separate toilets. The Deluxe Suite 3 has a bathtub and large shower while the Deluxe Suite 5 consists of a Jacuzzi bathtub and generously sized walk-in shower. These suites feature balconies, with the Deluxe Suite 3 having a large, north-facing balcony with deck chairs and view of the stunning Constantia Nek Pass. The Deluxe Suite 5 has a private southwest-facing balcony with a view of False Bay and the Constantia mountain range. Every suite at Nova Constantia is equipped with large flat-screen televisions complemented by satellite channel feed and DVD players. Wi-Fi internet access is available as well. The Deluxe Suites are fully air-conditioned.
