Luxury three bedroom apartments have their own private balconies or patios offering Waterfront canal and/or mountain views.
The apartment boasts an open-plan lounge and dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment can accommodate 6 guests. Bed configuration will be either double, queen, king or 2 single beds.
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The guest bathroom is also fitted with a bath or a shower. Both bathrooms are fitted with heated towel rails and underfloor heating.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of a cancellation 30 to 16 days prior to the confirmed arrival date: a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
- In the event of a cancellation 15 to 8 days prior to the confirmed arrival date: a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- In the event of a no-show or cancellation 7 days prior to the confirmed arrival date: a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

- All refunds are at the discretion of management.
- Any refunds processed will be subject to an Administration Fee.
