- Failure to arrive between at check in time guests room will be sold without prior notice.
- Managing Agent are closed in the evening.
Please take note of the following below:
- Once guests agree to the terms and conditions guests accept and authorise the establishment to charge guests Credit Card 50% of the deposit total amount for their stay 1 month before arrival or 100% of the booking total 1 week before arrival.
- One night reservations pay the full amount upfront as a deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation less than 7 days or no shows the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- From 8 to 14 days forfeit 75% of the deposit.
- From 15 to 21 days forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- From 22 to 28 days forfeit 25% of the deposit.
- Cancellations in excess of 28 days prior will incur a maximum 10% administration fee to cover banking, administration and handling charges.
- No cash refunds. (only EFT, less any bank charges)
- Room only bookings are non-refundable.
- No Refunds applicable during seasonal/peak periods.
- 50% deposit for reservations arriving in a new month or 100% payment for booking arriving in same month as booking is required on confirmation of reservation to secure and is refundable.
