Experience a relaxing holiday in the newly renovated River Room of the Riversong Guest House, a lodging located in the gorgeous Newlands. This room is on the ground floor, with an open-plan design including an en-suite bathroom. This accommodation is the smallest rooms on offer by the Riversong Guest House and consists of 1 bed, television, fan and accesses a pool patio and garden patio, which are accessible from two sides of the room.
The River Room's open-plan design is its defining feature. It includes a king-size extra length bed and a new open-plan en-suite bathroom that includes a bath with overhead shower. This bathroom is separated from the bed by a dividing wall. This guesthouse accommodation is clearly tailored for single occupants or couples.
The room additionally contains a microwave oven that facilitates longer stays. Two sliding doors on either side of the room lead outside to a pool patio or garden patio furnished with a table and chairs, offering a lovely scene in which to indulge in the company of family or friends.Please, understand that there is a no smoking policy in the River Room, but smokers are allowed to make use of the pool and garden patios.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit = 100% deposit for 7 days or less. For more than 8 days a 50% deposit is required with 100% payment due one month before arrival.
If cancelled for whatever reason you will be liable for full payment whether we have a deposit from you or not. Verbal and email bookings are binding as a confirmation of the booking. Companies/Travel agencies operating on a Bill back basis will also be liable to pay cancellation fees if cancelled whether we have a voucher or not. Please make sure your clients are aware of our policy before accepting our accommodation at our establishment.
We require the deposit/full payment to be paid by EFT or you need to furnish us with full credit card details to confirm the booking. Credit Card No. with expiry date and CCV no.
Like all Hotels and Guest Houses we have a Strict Cancellation policy to protect us against cancellations. We only have a few rooms and cannot make up business lost.
We have a live calendar with Nightsbridge which connects too many websites around the world giving instant online availability. Once a room is booked it is no longer available to sell on these websites.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to visit forfeit 50% of the total booking quote.
Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the visit forfeit 75% of the total booking quote.
Cancellations between 14 and 1 days prior to the visit forfeit 100% of the total booking quote.
For non-arrival/no show/premature departure 100% of total booking quoted is payable.
We do not pay third parties for any other services on your behalf. If monies are deposited into our account incorrectly we do not refund until cleared with our bank.
Child Policy:
Children under 10 years old pay 50% of Adult rate when sharing with an Adult.
Children over 10 years pay full adult rate when sharing with an Adult or when staying in their own room.
Babies under 1 year stay free.
