The Garden room is found on the ground floor. It includes a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 twin beds. The en-suite bathroom includes a bath and shower. Longer stays are made possible with semi self-catering options in the form of a microwave oven and toaster. An additional highlight is the bar area with 6 bar chairs as well as a large couch that seats 3. There are sliding doors on both sides of the room, leading to a private garden with a table and chairs or a pool area with a sun lounger.
The Garden room comes with a no smoking policy, but smokers are welcome to smoke in either of the outdoor areas that the room accesses. Cancellation Policy
Deposit = 100% deposit for 7 days or less. For more than 8 days a 50% deposit is required with 100% payment due one month before arrival.
If cancelled for whatever reason you will be liable for full payment whether we have a deposit from you or not. Verbal and email bookings are binding as a confirmation of the booking. Companies/Travel agencies operating on a Bill back basis will also be liable to pay cancellation fees if cancelled whether we have a voucher or not. Please make sure your clients are aware of our policy before accepting our accommodation at our establishment.
We require the deposit/full payment to be paid by EFT or you need to furnish us with full credit card details to confirm the booking. Credit Card No. with expiry date and CCV no.
Like all Hotels and Guest Houses we have a Strict Cancellation policy to protect us against cancellations. We only have a few rooms and cannot make up business lost.
We have a live calendar with Nightsbridge which connects too many websites around the world giving instant online availability. Once a room is booked it is no longer available to sell on these websites.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to visit forfeit 50% of the total booking quote.
Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the visit forfeit 75% of the total booking quote.
Cancellations between 14 and 1 days prior to the visit forfeit 100% of the total booking quote.
For non-arrival/no show/premature departure 100% of total booking quoted is payable.
We do not pay third parties for any other services on your behalf. If monies are deposited into our account incorrectly we do not refund until cleared with our bank.
Child Policy:
Children under 10 years old pay 50% of Adult rate when sharing with an Adult.
Children over 10 years pay full adult rate when sharing with an Adult or when staying in their own room.
Babies under 1 year stay free.
