- No smoking inside accommodation - PLEASE use balcony
- No Visitors, Loud Noise or Loud Music - Please respect other guests. Parents are requested to ensure their children are well behaved and do not disturb other guests Guests reside     on property at their own risk. The owner takes no responsibility for lost / damaged items. Safes are provided for safe-keeping
- ALL children needs to be accompanied at the pool. Swimming hours are between 10am and 5pm
- Swimming at own risk - owners will take no responsibility for any accidents or incidents in or around the swimming pool

Cancellation Policy

- 100% deposit refundable if cancelled 3 months before check-in date
- 50% deposit refundable if cancelled 6 weeks before check-in date 
- Deposit not refundable if cancelled within 6 weeks of check-in date
