This unit is ideally suited for both local and overseas holiday makers and business Travellers. Fitted with either twin beds or a king (please advise choice) with an adjoining sunroom equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery & cutlery, DSTV and reading material. A large private bathroom with a corner bath encourages you to relax from the stresses and strains of modern life! A separate shower completes the picture. The private outside patio has a large table with 4 chairs. Linen, towels, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and safe are all provided. This suite has a private entrance, secure parking and it's own alarm system.
- Service is 3 X per week – service days will be advised.
- Serviced days will be advised on "Discounted Rates".
- No Service on Saturdays/Sundays or Public Holidays.
- During Peak times, service may be limited.
- Breakfast and Dinner Trays are available as Optional Extra's.

- Discounted rates apply to the required number of nights on the Special Offer Only.
- 100% deposit REQUIRED.
- Direct bank transfer required.
- This unit is serviced prior to check-in.
- Serviced once per week on stays of more than 7 nights.
- Extra servicing incurs an additional cost.
- Key collection for all units, at Braclin House at 20 Margaret Avenue, Pinelands.
Cancellation Policy
- Less than 30 days - Full Invoice Amount less Bank Charges.
- No Refunds on Peak Season Bookings.
- For Late Arrivals, please advise Arrival Time at least 1 day prior to arrival.
- As our Office is not open week-ends, Arrival Time MUST be advised by Friday 14.00 pm.
- All Rooms are Strictly Non-Smoking.
- Credit Card MUST be that of the GUEST.
- Proof of Identity + Credit Card required on arrival.
- RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED.
- NO VISITORS ALLOWED.
- AN EXTRA CHARGE WILL BE LEVIED IF LINEN IS STAINED AND/OR UNIT IS LEFT IN A DIRTY STATE.
