It's an express condition of your occupation or visit to these premises that the Proprietor is not responsible for loss or damage to the person or property of any guest or visitor brought upon the premises arising from fire, theft, or otherwise by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence or wrongful act caused by any animal and or any person in the employee of the Proprietor. All guests or visitors, whether or not they occupy rooms, are deemed to contract with the Proprietor on this basis.
Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Owing to the nature of our industry the following deposit and cancellation policy will apply to all bookings. In the event of premature departure the full amount of the original booking will be charged. Late departures will not be permitted and Will be charged at R50-00 for every half an hour or part thereof unless arranged with management prior to departure.
- Deposit required as confirmation of the booking : 50%
- Cancellation of any confirmed booking (once the deposit is paid) : Forfeit 25% of deposit
- Cancellation 8 to 14 days of arrival : 50 % Cancellation Fee
- Cancellation 7 or less days of arrival : 100% Cancellation Fee
