The first floor section of the house offers two suites which can accommodate two guests each. The suites have a separate entrance and an adjoining lounge. The Deluxe Apartment are these two suites, the entire floor, being rented as a two bedroom apartment.

Important Information
- The Deluxe Penthouse Apartment, which sleeps four, and the Deluxe Suite, which sleeps two, cannot be booked together. Either the Apartment, or the Suites, can be booked individually.
- The Suites are serviced daily, except on the occasional Sunday or Public Holiday.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, in the suites and in the guest lounge.
- Adult guests only, please. No children under the age of fifteen years of age.
- No pets allowed.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 30 days before the arrival date, the guest forfeits 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 999 days before the arrival date, the guest forfeits 50% of the booking total.
