- Provisional bookings are only valid for 2 working days.
- Should the client fail to confirm, the establishment will release the booking.
- Full pre payment will be required 14 days prior to the arrival date.
- Should the client fail to pre pay within 14 days prior to the arrival date, the establishment will release the booking and re sell the room.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 7 days before the arrival date, the guest forfeits 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 999 days before the arrival date, the guest forfeits 50% of the booking total.
