Booking Terms and Conditions:
- If you check in after 16:00, your keys will be at the gate with security.
- Later departures must be arranged with management subject to availability.
Room type:
- Please note that the studio apartments feature two single beds or one double bed. If guests have an apartment preference, this must be requested.
- Subject to availability, the two-bedroom apartment has a double bed in each room only. Bed preferences can only be accommodated on studio apartments, not two-bedroom apartments.
Cleaning services for short term stay:
- The apartments are not serviced. A cleaning service is available upon request at an additional fee per clean.
- No cleaning services are offered over weekends or public holidays.
Payment:
- A 50% deposit within 24hours to secure the unit is required.
- Any bookings made shorter than 3 days prior to arrival must be fully paid before the booking will be confirmed.
General:
- The establishment has a strict no noise policy after 22:00. - No noise or disturbance will be allowed after 22:00 and if needed Management will request the guest to leave the premises immediately.
- Unlimited WiFi is offered to all the fabulous guests.
- Guests will be held fully responsible for the keys during their stay. The cost for lost keys is R500.00 for replacement of key, tag and remote.
- There is secure underground parking offered.
- Access to the basement will be via a remote controlled gate. - The remote will be given to guests upon check in.
- Parking on the allocated parkings marked with a RED DOT.
- Each apartment is equipped with a DSTV hotel package.
- Guests will be held liable for any damages or loss of property that was caused during their stay.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations less than 14 days forfeit the full deposit.
- Full deposit will be forfeited for cancellations between 15 December and 5 January.
- No shows will be charged the full accommodation.
- In the event of an in-house guest checking out prior to the guaranteed departure date, the managing agent will charge for the full duration of the original booking.
- Any costs incurred by Quiver Tree Self Catering Apartments pertaining to the cancellation refund will be recouped from the guest.
Insurance:
- It is your responsibility to take out appropriate personal travel insurance.
