Important Information
- A key and remote control deposit must be paid in cash on arrival and will be refunded upon return.
- A clean set of linen and bath towels will be provided twice a week on stays longer than 7 days, unless requested more frequently by the guest.
- As a self catering establishment, guests are responsible for keeping the suites clean. However, a cleaning service is available at an additional cost and must be booked 24 hours in advance.
- If any items are damaged during the stay, guests will be responsible for the replacement cost of these items.
- All additional charges will need to be settled on departure.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit will be withheld.
- Cancellations 14 days prior to arrival: 75% of the deposit will be withheld.
- Cancellations 7 days prior to arrival: 90% of the deposit will be withheld.
- In the event of a no show: 100% of the full rental amount will be required.
