- Cancellations 0 to 14 days before date of arrival, or no show: the visitor forfeits 100% of the deposit paid.
- Cancellations 15 to 28 days before date of arrival: visitor forfeits 75% of the deposit paid or 25% of the full quote value (whichever is greater).
- Cancellations 29 or more days before date of arrival: visitor forfeits 50% of the deposit paid or 25% of the full quote value (whichever is greater).
