- The pool is not covered and very deep, the establishment takes no responsibility and kids are to be closely supervised at all times.
- There are security beams all around the property, guests are not to wander around.
- No guest access to laundry or linen cupboards.
- No guest access to the kitchen.
- Guests must please bring their own swimming towels, and are not to use the room towels.
- Severe water restrictions apply. Excess water usage will be billed and guests may be subject to a fine.

- All accommodation, meals, pool, parking and facilities are used entirely at the guests own risk.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 31 days before the arrival date, the guest forfeits 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 59 days before the arrival date, the guest forfeits 50% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 999 days before the arrival date, the guest forfeits 5% of the booking total.
