Important Information
Provisional Bookings:
- 31 or more days prior to the arrival date, provisional bookings will be held for 7 days.
- 30 or less days prior to the arrival date, provisional bookings will be held for 48 hours.
Payment Policy:
- Payment of 25% of the total reservation value within 21 days of confirmation, this is refundable on terms of cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 14 days before the arrival date, the guest forfeits 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before the arrival date, the guest forfeits 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 60 days before the arrival date, the guest forfeits 25% of the deposit.
