Important Information

- A 100% deposit will secure a reservation. Once a booking is confirmed and secured, deposits are non refundable.
- Management reserves the right to alter rates and make changes as necessary. All extras such as telephone calls, drinks, meals and laundry are payable on departure.
- Any check ins after 17H00 must be arranged beforehand and will be noted by management.
- Children over the age of 12 years old are welcome.
- No pets allowed. 

Cancellation Policy

- Guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days before the arrival date.
- Guests will be charged the total price should they cancel in the 30 days before the arrival date.
- Should there be a no show, the guest will be charged the total amount.
- Guests will be charged a pre payment of the total price.
