Xanadu Guest Villa offers 6 luxurious suites. All of the suites are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, bar fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, WiFi, heated towel rails, safe, easy chairs, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, bath robes and slippers.

- Cancellation 1 Month prior to arrival date - 10% of the value of the contracted rate remains payable.
- Cancellation 2 weeks - 1 month prior to arrival - 25% of the value of the contracted rate remains payable.
- Cancellation 1-2 weeks prior to arrival - 50 % of the value of the contracted rate remains payable
- No show or cancellation 6 days or less to arrival 100% of the value of the contracted rate remains payable.
- Refunds less 10% banking charges & on departure date.
