The private terrace gives access to a private garden, and through a private passage, to the large swimming pool.The covered terrace has stunning views on Grande Roche vineyards and on Paarl Mountain, as well as on the whole gorgeous Paarl valley and Hottentots mountain range.

Cancellation Policy
- Less than 7 days: Forfeit full deposit.
- From 7 to 14 days: Forfeit 75% of the deposit.
- From 14 to 21 days: Forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- From 21 to 33 days: Forfeit 25% of the deposit.
- In the event of a premature departure we are obliged to charge for the full extent of the booked stay.
- Refunds may take up to 30 days to be complete.
- No shows will be charged 100%.
