- Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
- No substance abuse will be tolerated (drugs).
- Strictly no downloading allowed on the WiFi.
- No pets allowed.
- A breakage deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy
- The Peak Season is from the 1st of December to the last day of February.
- If a guest cancels during the above mentioned peak season, a 30 days notice of cancellation is required for the guest to qualify for a full refund.
- A cancellation must be done in writing, via email.
- If any booking is cancelled, provided that it is not nearer than one week from arrival out of the peak season, the deposit will be refunded in full.
- Should a cancellation be requested that is less than the above mentioned 7 days, but more than 48 hours from arrival, out of the peak season, guests will forfeit their deposit but will not be held responsible for the full amount due.
