Villa Italia is a 6th floor duplex penthouse, with spectacular views of Table Mountain and Lions Head. This apartment has 3 bedrooms, which can comfortably sleep 6 and a single sleeper couch for one. It has 3 bathrooms, two of which are en suite. There are 2 parking bays, 24 hour security, a clubhouse for residents, which incorporates an indoor swimming pool and gymnasium. It is 5 minutes away from Canal Walk shopping centre and a 15 minute drive to Cape Town city centre and the Atlantic Seaboard.
