A fully equipped kitchen with beautiful cabinetry is at the guests disposal. It has the added convenience of bar seating, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. There is a spacious lounge with crisp white accented couches with a coffee table. There is also a flat screen TV with DSTV access. Guests have access to a propane grill that can be brought outside onto the beautiful balcony area with a fresh sea breeze and lovely views. A garage and alarm system are available for peace of mind.

The home is an easy 5 minute walk to the point or down to the waters edge. Attractions include Cape St Blaize Lighthouse, Mossel Bay Golf Club, Ochre Barn, Ther Old Joinery, the War Memorial, Zorgfontein Game Farm, Botlierskop Private Game Reserve, and Jukani Predator Park. A range of adrenaline-inducing activities in Mossel Bay include shark cage diving, shipwreck diving, power-boating, township tours, bungee-jumping, and skydiving.

House Rates/Availability

Important Information

- The managing agent requires a 50% deposit as soon as the booking has been made to confirm the booking.
- All outstanding fees should be fully paid prior or upon arrival. (No keys to units can be given to guests unless the bill has been fully settled).
- Peak season bookings should be fully paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.
- Breakage deposits can be charged at discretion.
- The owner has the first right on his house, should the house booked become unavailable, the managing agent reserves the right to move a booking to alternative accommodation of an equal or higher standard.
- The managing agent asks that all accommodation should be paid before or on arrival, to avoid confusion about rates and to avoid waiting on busy mornings when all guests want to check in.
- A laundry service is available and the bill will be for the guests account.
- The managing agent provides bath towels and linen; just bring your own swimming towels.
- Cleaning service (no ironing) can be arranged (arrange the day before). Not available during peak season!!!
- The managing agent have a strictly, no smoking policy, in all of the units.
- Check in time for the peak season is from 16:00 and check out time is 10:00.
- If guests would like to check in earlier or check out later it must be pre arranged.
- If permission is granted, the managing agent will charge guests a fee of up to half a days stay.
- If guests do not pre arrange, a half days fee will be deducted from guests breakage deposit.
- No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy

- Any "Peak Season" bookings (1st December to 31st January), cancelled after the end October will forfeit 100% of their deposit.

Bookings for the remainder of the year are subject to the following: 
- Cancellation less than 7 days forfeit 100% of deposit.
- Cancellation from 7 to 14 days forfeit 75% of deposit. 
- Cancellation from 15 to 21 days forfeit 50% of deposit. 
- Cancellation from 22 to 28 days forfeit 25% of deposit. 
- Cancellation from 29 days forfeit 10% of deposit.

- All cancellations must be done in writing.
