The Cottage, the Family Suite and the Double Suite.

The cottage consists of two spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a lounge, a dining room and one shared bathroom. All linen and towels are provided. The Family Suite consists of two spacious bedrooms, a kitchen/dining room, a lounge and a bathroom. The Double Suite consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen/dining room, a lounge and a bathroom.

Step outside into beautiful gardens and a communal sparkling swimming pool with a secure Aquanet safety net, braai facilities and a paved entertainment area. Free WiFi and secure off road parking is available.

Entirely surrounded by lakes, sand dunes, fynbos and pine plantations, the Swartvlei Estuary and the Indian Ocean. Sedgefield is a paradise for those who love the outdoors and water sports. The Island Cottage is withing walking distance to the famous Saturday "Wild Oats" Farmers market and the estuary.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation on day of arrival, forfeit 100% accommodation fee.
- Cancellation less than 7 days prior to booking forfeit the full deposit.
- Cancellations 7 to 14 days prior, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
- Cancellations 15 to 21 days prior, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- Cancellations 22 days or more prior to arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
- A breakages/key deposit of unit will be due on arrival and refunded within 1 week of departure.
- Cash deposits will incur bank charges, EFT no bank charges.
