Important Information

- A deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required , failure to pay your deposit by due date will result in the cancellation of your reservation without prior notice.
- The balance is due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday (10 weeks for Easter, Christmas and New Year).
- For bookings made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required immediately on receipt of invoice.
- All payments are to be made directly to The Stone Houses bank account. - Bank charges incurred to The Stone House as a result of any cash payment will be deducted from the damage deposit.
- There is no facility for debit/credit card payments.
- The Stone House reserves the right to cancel the holiday booking where full payment has not been received in accordance with these terms.
