Please note: No kids under 13 during high season in this unit. Extra guest (13+) can share, single bed added. Partially private, covered patio and deck (views). Kitchen facilities with basin, bar fridge, 2 plate gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, all crockery and cutlery. Coffee/tea/ amenities provided on arrival. Fynbosskerm with solar pool, fireplace, BBQ (private and communal), kitchens, lounge with DSTV (most popular channels), breakfast/dining room. Linen, towels, firewood supplied. Serviced in season, not Sundays or public holidays, during the week in lower season.
 
This is the most spacious unit and is suited to two guests and has a separate bathroom with shower and toilet and double bed. An extra bed can be provided for a child over 13 sharing. It has a covered patio and open deck. Full access to Fynbosskerm. Shaded parking, very safe environment. A spacious, private, partially covered patio (two chairs and coffee table) and deck with stairs from the garden and lovely views over the garden and mountains. Rooms has enough hot running water, tiled floors, amenity baskets and coffee and tea on arrival.

Important Information

- If you make a booking and want to pay by EFT, the deposit must be paid within 24 hours to confirm the booking, or it will expire automatically, unless otherwise communicated to the guest house.
- We cannot be held responsible for the weather.
- If guests decide to check out earlier or not check in at all due to rainy weather, no refunds can be given. - The Agent accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to persons, or goods while guests are staying here. - Use all facilities at your own risk.
- If you accept/ed the booking, you also accept/ed the payment terms and cancellation policy and you confirm that you have read and understood all the information fully.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 30 days before arrival date and longer: Full deposit will be refunded minus 10% admin fee.
- Cancellation 15 days to 30 days before arrival date: 50% of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation 8 days to 14 days before arrival: No deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation 0 to 7 days before arrival date: Full payment will be required (50% deposit, plus outstanding 50%), unless we can secure a booking in your place, within that week, for the same amount (or part thereof, in which case you will be responsible for the difference

December/January Cancellation policy:
- No refunds will be given after August for that Dec/Jan (in the year that the booking was made).
- The Agent will do anything in its power to secure another booking.
- Guests may also transfer the booking to alternative guests under the same terms and conditions and to the same number of guests.
- If another booking can be obtained from another source, a partial or full refund will be made (less 10% admin fee), depending on the value of the new booking.

Oyster Festival, Easter:
- No refunds will be given from 45 days before date of arrival.
- The Agent will do anything in its power to secure another booking.
- Guests may also transfer the booking to alternative guests under the same terms and conditions and to the same number of guests.
- If another booking can be obtained from another source, a partial or full refund will be made (less 10% admin fee), depending on the value of the new booking.
