This magnificent 4 bedroom villa is a work of art. Thoughtful sky lights and windows are carefully placed throughout the villa, showcasing the natural beauty around it, with a large garden and spacious living area, there is plenty of room for the whole family and dont forget the beach is only a 5 minute drive.
The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, it leads onto a dining area with seating for 12 guests.
There are two living rooms are available, the first is more formal and has a fireplace, a library and luxurious seating, while the second is a more informal TV room with comfortable couches and DSTV.
The main bedroom offers a king-size bed with en-suite with a bath and shower, a TV and doors which lead onto the garden. The remaining three rooms each have a double bed, en-suite with shower and doors which lead onto the garden or courtyard.
Outside is a covered patio lounge which leads onto a large garden with a swimming pool, comfortable outdoor furniture, sun beds and a sun umbrella surrounded by stunning mountain views.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
