Sea la Vie is situated in the Hermanus Beach Club which offers lots of entertainment for all ages, young and old including tennis courts, adult and childrens swimming pools, miniature golf, squash courts, a gym, pool tables as well as communal braai areas.

- Please note that you need to collect keys from Ann at Hermanus Holiday Rentals.
- A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours to secure your booking.
- Bookings will automatically expire within 48 hours without a secure deposit.
- The balance is due 5 days prior to arrival.
- No keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid.
- No pets allowed.
- A once off cleaning and laundry fee of applies to every booking irrespective of the length of stay.
- A refundable breakages deposit equal to one days rental is due in cash on arrival.
- Please note that DSTV can be arranged with the property manager at an additional cost per day prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 30 days or longer prior to arrival date: Minus 25% of deposit.
- Cancellation 29 - 7 days prior to arrival date: Minus 40% of deposit.
- Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival date: Minus 100% of deposit.
- Cancellation less than 41 days prior to arrival date: minus 100% of deposit.
