Sea Breeze is a real home away from home where you can kick off your shoes, and just relax. Take a stroll down the board-walk onto one of South Africas most famous beaches, ideal for long walks, dolphin and whale watching, searching for the famous Pansy shells and quiet hand-in-hand strolls and romantic picnic.
All of the suites are extremely private with their own private entrances and large wooden patio equipped with loungers, table and chairs. Two of the rooms also have fully equipped kitchenettes, so are also ideal for self-catering. The whole house can also be rented by one or two families sharing given that it is a long term rental of minimum 14 months. Breakfast is served on the pool deck in summer, or in the dining room around the fire in winter.
The house has two lounges, one downstairs, and the second outdoors, giving guests plenty of space to relax, even on rainy days. Downstairs, the main lounge has a fireplace and comfortable seating for nine people. It also has a large plasma TV which utilizes the 2nd DSTV Channel. The lounge is open plan with the eight-seater dining room and two seater bar/breakfast counter area. The outdoor lounge area is undercover and boasts a large outdoor fireplace as well as a 12 seater outdoor table to enjoy el fresco meals and enjoy the fabulous summer evenings.
Off the living area, a fully equipped kitchen can cater for 12 people and is fitted with a double door fridge/freezer, a gas hob with electric stove, and a microwave. The scullery has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Basic cleaning supplies including washing powder, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent are provided

Pansy Shell

Decorated in shades of white, with percale bedlinen, this room, with it's en suite bathroom , can have either an extra-length king sized bed, or twin beds. Fluffy warm gowns are provided to lounge around in.
The fully-equipped kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery together with a table and chairs, comes in handy if you're just too exhausted from the day's activities to go out and eat!
For your entertainment, there is a TV and DVD player, as well WIFI access if you have your laptop with you.
Double doors lead out onto a private patio which is surrounded by fynbos, table and chairs, making this an ideal spot to enjoy morning tea and sundowners! Towels, umbrella, and beach chairs also form part of this room.

Whale Tail

The White Tail Room is Sea Breeze's second honeymoon suite and is situated upstairs, with its own large private, patio with loungers, table, and chairs, overlooking the pool area.
The decor of 'Whale Tail' is in shades of white and silver, and, with the slipper bath being in part of the room, the luxury of romantic bathing becomes a reality that many have only dreamed of!
This room also has a TV and WIFI access if you have your laptop with you. Tea and coffee making facilities as well as a table and chairs are in the room.

Starfish

Decorated in shades of white, with percale bed linen on the queen sized bed, this room, with it's en-suite bathroom, also has a fully equipped kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery together with a table and chairs, comes in handy if you're just too exhausted from the day's activities, to go out and eat! Starfish room also has a fireplace to add to the warm cosy atmosphere.
For your entertainment, there is a TV and a Hi-Fi player, as well as WIFI Internet access if you have your laptop with you. There is also a safe.

This is our master honeymoon suite with a super, extra length, king size bed and the softest percale linen. It has is a large, en-suite bathroom, with a spacious walk in shower with two shower heads and heated floors. This room is situated upstairs and has a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities as well as iPod docking station and large TV, as well as an air conditioner.
Double doors lead out onto a private patio overlooking the mountains and a glimmer of the sea. The patio has loungers and a table and chairs, where you can enjoy sundowners while enjoying the view.

Important Information
- The rates are subject to change at any time by the owners discretion.
- Sea Breeze can be let out as an entire unit, offering guests use of the entire house and complete privacy.
- The deposit (50%) is due immediately to secure the booking, and the balance (50%) is payable on, or before arrival,unless the booking is made within 1 week of arrival, then full amount due immediately.
- Arrangements can be made for earlier arrivals and later departures on request.
Cancellation Policy
- 0 to 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 85% of deposit.
- 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of deposit.
- 14 to 21 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit.
- 21 or more days prior to arrival, forfeit 20% of deposit.
