Sea Breeze is a real old style holiday house with lots of atmosphere.The house is located on the “Onrust Island” close to the beach – 350m from beach as crow flies and 90m from sea in front of house. It takes about 3 to 5 minutes to walk to the beach with the Milkwood Restaurant and Beach Bistro. The lagoon is perfect for small children to play and swim or kayaking). It is perfect for people with or without children. The upper bedroom/balcony braai area has 360° views.
First floor balcony has a braai on stand overlooking the sea and beautiful sunset. The house has 5 bedrooms 2 with double beds and 3 with 2 single beds each, 4 bathrooms (one bath – 3 showers, 4 WC’s) Lounge, Dining Room, Sun/TV Room, Kitchen, no tumble dryer but washing lines available. There is a braai available on the ground floor at TV room in sunny private back garden. Pool table and dart board in double garage.
Fishing rods available if required. Go Cart for kids to use in quiet road with slight hill. Synergy 3 seater kayak for crayfishing or fishing or just rowing available. One roofed carport available - other ample parking on lawn.

- Please note that you need to collect keys from Ann at Hermanus Holiday Rentals.
- A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours to secure your booking.
- Bookings will automatically expire within 48 hours without a secure deposit.
- The balance is due 5 days prior to arrival.
- No keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid.
- A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R650 applies to every booking irrespective of the length of stay.
- A refundable breakages deposit equal to one days rental is due in cash on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 30 days or longer prior to arrival date: Minus 25% of deposit.
- Cancellation 29 - 7 days prior to arrival date: Minus 40% of deposit.
- Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival date: Minus 100% of deposit.
- Cancellation less than 41 days prior to arrival date: minus 100% of deposit.
