Important Information
- Cleaning service (only applicable for stays of longer than 3 days).
- The apartment will be spot cleaned between 10h00 and 12h00 every Tuesday and Friday.
- Towels and bed linen will be changed once a week.
- Cleaning Services will not be available over weekends.
- The cleaning of dishes will be the guests responsibility.
- We do require 50% of the total stay to be paid on booking and the 50% balance 48hours prior to arrival or on arrival.
- If we do not receive the deposit within 24hours, the booking will be cancelled without notification.
Cancellation Policy
- Less than 14 days forfeit the full deposit.
- Full deposit will be forfeited for cancellations between 15 December and 5 January.
- NO SHOWS will be charged the full accommodation.
- In the event of an in-house guest checking out prior to the guaranteed departure date, Quiver Tree Apartment will charge for the full duration of the original booking.
- It is your responsibility to take out appropriate personal travel insurance.
