The villa is set over 2 levels, with the upper level comprising of the main entertainment space including lounge, dining area, bar and kitchen. This open plan space has huge doors opening outwards towards the ocean as well as to the rear, onto the mountain. It is a magnificent entertainment haven, with incredible views and vast space, ensuring privacy from every angle.
On a mezzanine level just above is the 2nd master en-suite bedroom with large dressing area. The lower level comprises of the remaining 4 en-suite bedrooms, including the master suite, with projector TV and private office. All have access to the balcony with outside lounge furniture. There is a gym on this level as well. There is ample garage space on ground level with lift access to the main villa from below.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
