Located in a quiet street in the heart of Camps Bay, with beautiful views over Bakoven, Lion’s Head and the majestic Twelve Apostle’s mountain range, Palm Tree House is a beautifully appointed, three-bedroomed house that an ideal holiday base for families and friends wanting a comfortable and stylish retreat. Beautiful wall hangings and images of a once undeveloped Atlantic coastline decorate the entrance hall, offering a sense of rustic nostalgia, while contemporary-chic décor and designer furnishings complement spacious living areas and breath-taking views. A large sunken lounge with sleek, screeded concrete floor boasts a leather couch and wicker chairs, and large sliding doors fold back to seamlessly connect with a vast wooden deck that offer endless ocean views. Sliding doors on the entrance hall side of the lounge allow for the space to be closed off completely from the rest of the house, offering absolute privacy if needed. Adjacent to the living room is a stylish dining area with large 8-seater sleeper-wood dining room table and cool slate tile flooring, as well as the kitchen with large gas cooker and stove. A quaint breakfast table and informal family room with flat screen TV and comfortable couche connect the dining and kitchen spaces. There is one bedroom on this lower / living area level of the house, boasting chic parquet flooring, contemporary décor in natural hues, and a king-sized bed in crisp white linen. This room has a beautifully restored feature fireplace, open plan en-suite bathroom with double vanities and freestanding soaking tub and opens onto a lovely garden. The remaining two bedrooms can be found on the upper level of the house. Stylishly decorated with magnificently restored parquet flooring, both bedrooms flow directly out onto the upstairs balcony, which boasts a minimalist white rock garden and potted aloes. Aptly named the ‘Palm Tree Room’, the second bedroom has exquisite Atlantic Ocean and Table Mountain views, and features an open-plan en-suite bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub. A twin-to-king converted bed, air-conditioning and flat screen television add creature comforts. The third bedroom is called the ‘Atlantic Room’ and offers a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with shower only, air-conditioning, and a flat screen television. The property has a beautiful back garden and large swimming pool with plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining. A large, gated driveway offers off-street parking and the house’s location is just a short drive away from the beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton, as well as the Table Mountain Cableway and popular V&A Waterfront.

Cancellation Policy

- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point. A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
