Old Nectar is situated in the beautiful Jonkershoek Valley, approximately 6 km from Stellenbosch Central.
Old Nectar offers comfortable self catering accommodation in 5 cottages and guests have unrestricted access to the Old Nectar Gardens which is ideal for hikers, bikers, birdwatchers and nature lovers.
The five cottages range from a one bedroomed attached studio apartment to a three bedroomed, walled private house with its own swimming pool. The cottages have underfloor heating, wood-burning stoves, heated towel rails, top end appliances and hotel quality beds and bedding to ensure guests comfort in style. Each cottage has a well-stocked breakfast tray, for guests to enjoy after your arrival.
Free WiFi, flat screen TV with DSTV, backed up by wireless modems in the event of adsl failure and standby generator power in case of power failure completes a truly special offering.
Guests have free access to the Old Nectar gardens and the use of the communal swimming pool. There is a laundry with a shower and toilet for guest use. All accommodation is fully serviced.

Plum Tree cottage is completely private with its own security fence within the fences of Old Nectar farm, which is connected to the Old Nectar heritage gardens. The cottage offers lovely views over the tranquil garden and the majestic Jonkershoek Mountains.
The cottage comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen and living area. The living area and the main bedroom open up onto a veranda under a 100-year-old Mulberry tree. The main bedroom contains a queen size bed and has an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The second and third bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom.

Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, 90 % of deposit will be refunded.
- Between 30 and 21 days prior to arrival, 50 % deposit will be refunded.
- Between 21 and 14 days prior to arrival, 25 % deposit will be refunded.
- Less than 14 days prior to arrival, 0 % deposit will be refunded.
- No shows 100% of total amount will be forfeited.
