- Please note that you need to contact the managing agent when you take the Hermanus turnoff to arrange meeting place for the keys.
- A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours to secure your booking.
- Bookings will automaticly expire within 48 hours without a secure deposit.
- The balance is due 5 working days prior to arrival, No keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid.
- Beach and Swimming Pool towels are not included.
- No pets allowed.
- A once off cleaning and laundry fee applies to every booking irrespective of the length of stay.
- Payable in cash on arrival A refundable breakages deposit equal to one days rental is due in cash on arrival
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder season, or forfeit whole deposit.
- Cancellations longer in advance, forfeit 15% of the deposit amount.
