The dining- room and lounge lead from the kitchen and opens up to a well protected covered patio with a BBQ, this is where you will enjoy most of your meals while listening to the birds sing.
There is a single garage plus parking for another car in front of the garage. The washing machine and dryer is also in the garage. You will also find the first bedroom with queen bed on this level as well as a second bedroom with bunk beds. The family bathroom with bath and shower are situated between the 2 bedrooms.
The main bedroom with kingsize bed is on the first level and has beautiful views across the wetlands. This bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
