This lovely first floor, three bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday flat is situated in Shelly Beach. This unit is two minutes drive to Shelly Centre, South Coast Mall and the private hospital. This complex has a swimming pool and direct access to the beach.
Shelly Beach is known for it beautiful long white beach on the one side and a rocky beach on the other side extending to St Michaels Beach. The rocky beach is great for walking and pottering around with kids. Swimming in these picturesque natural tidal pools are great fun. Shelly Beach is also very popular for scuba diving, shark cage diving, deep sea fishing and ski boat fun rides and dolphin and whale trips. It is a launch site for Protea banks, a world famous dive site.
The lounge and kitchen is open plan and opens up onto a balcony. All the furniture and beds have master guard protection. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering and includes a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The lounge and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The main bedroom features a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom has two single beds while the third bedroom has a double bed. The second bathroom features a shower.
There is a gas braai on the balcony. There is also undercover parking for one car in the basement and one outside parking as well as trailer parking. This complex has 24 hour security. Please remember to bring along your own DSTV decoder, smart card (no explora”s) and swimming towels.

Important Information
- A non-refundable Admin Fee is charged per unit on each and every reservation
- A refundable Breakages Deposit charged and will be refunded into your bank account within 10 days of receiving the breakage deposit form; if there are no losses or breakages.
- Dishes service at an additional charge per day.
- Daily service additionally charged per service.
- Strictly No Rental of accommodation to persons under 21 unless accompanied by two adults.
- No extra guests allowed over and above the number of beds in the apartment. - If extra guests are found in the units, eviction will take place.
- No smoking allowed inside units.
- The volume of music and noise is to be kept to a reasonable level at all times. No parties allowed
- If a disturbance is caused that leads to guests and permanent tenants complaining, the Lessee may be evicted and will forfeit the rental paid.
- Time of arrival strictly 1pm. Time of departure strictly 10am
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds payable are at the sole discretion of the managing agent.
- All returns / refunds will be looked into and the cardholder to make contact with managing agent
- A no show is the non arrival of a guest without notification in writing by fax or email to managing agent
- In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if another reservation is made by other guests for the same period.
