The Mutual 905 is located in Cape Town with the view of City Centre as stunning as you can imagine. Guests will be welcomed by the modern interior that sets a comfortably high standard. The apartment is very spacious and has two levels.
There is one elegant bedroom in a loft that is in a beautiful position that boasts a queen size bed with a provided desk and chair and a lovely bathroom that has a double basin a bath and a shower.
With a lounge area this spacious, guests will find a nice three seater couch that has a stunning view out of the window while on the other side of the lounge, there is a flatscreen TV that is situated close to the second chair, window and glass table.
In the modernized kitchen, guests will see that they have provided with appliances such as a stove, oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and a microwave that guests will be able to utilize to make dinner for themselves.
Off the side of the kitchen, there is a counter that has been setup with a set of two transparent bar stools where guests or friends will be able to sit and relax while they have a drink or while they make dinner.
For an exciting evening,guests will be able to walk around and see the carvings around the beautiful building that holds historic beauty with its marble floor design that is close to a pool across the way and visiting spacees that are within driving distance.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees apply if you cancel your reservation:
- Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit (i.e. 5% of the total cost) to cover bank charges.
- Cancellations from 14 to 28 days before arrival forfeit 50% (i.e. 25% of the total cost) of the deposit.
- Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit the full deposit (i.e. 50% of the total cost).
The following fees apply if you wish to cancel your reservation and reschedule for a future date:
- Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival incur no rescheduling fee.
- Cancellations from 14 to 28 days before arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit (i.e. 12.5% of the total reservation cost).
- Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit the full deposit (i.e. 50% of the total reservation cost).
